Due to COVID-19, studio visits are not available at this time. Email correspondence takes place during business hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm EST—please note this when awaiting a response. We love your DMs, but if you need a timely response, please follow up with an email.

METALS & CARE

With all sterling silver, brass, and bronze, a natural patina will develop over time. Many of our designs are enhanced by an antique finish, shapes and textures become more defined and colors begin to deepen. If you prefer to slow this process, simple steps can be taken. Keep jewelry clean and dry, store in an airtight container. Avoid contact with skin care products, hair products, cooking and cleaning products. If using polishing cloth, please follow instructions carefully. 

For gold plated pieces, do not use polishing products. Simply wash with soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Store in an airtight container and avoid contact with other jewelry whilst in storage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on fayandrada.com may be returned for credit towards a future purchase. Store credit will never expire. We cannot issue refunds. Before send your item, please first send a brief e-mail to info@fayandrada.com and include your name, the item, and receipt number. Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from any other retailer. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and receipt number. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are dispatched by US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8 within the US, $45 international. Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipment, as many items are hand made to order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships. We are based in Brooklyn, NY and charge 8.875% sales tax for any orders shipped to NY State. We are not responsible for additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

We are always happy to provide custom finishes, sizing, and alterations. These services are available upon request. Please contact us for more information: info@fayandrada.com. We will repair items purchased through fayandrada.com that have damaged during normal wear. Damage must be reviewed by our team before repairs are authorized.  We are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.

It is possible that prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metals market. Please note that sales, promos, and coupon codes are only valid during the dates as stated in the offer.
